Campaigns have never been more important for our hospitals and health systems.

But although nearly half of the field is in campaign at any given time, there’s a painful lack of reliable industry data on these initiatives. 

Our philanthropy leaders urgently need campaign data to advocate for resources, calibrate realistic goals, fine-tune strategy, and manage the expectations of boards and executives.

Shorter surveys, faster report-outs

Five shorter surveys. Our advisory group advocated for a shorter monthly commitment rather than one comprehensive survey. We’ve broken down campaign-related topics into the five key areas listed below.

Rapid report-outs … Each month, we’ll open the data window for two weeks. About six weeks later, we’ll publish an Executive Insight Report with some of the most compelling early findings.

… and a big finish : The series will close with an in-depth report of the major findings across all surveys as well as a live session on using this rich data to improve performance

Our first survey will launch on September 23rd. As we approach that date, we’ll have more information on the survey process.

The survey series builds on deep qualitative research conducted by Twin Point Insights and funded by Advisory Board. To date, Twin Point has interviewed leaders at over 60 top hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. and Canada. We shared early findings at AHP’s Campaign Excellence Summit, at which we also convened two focus groups for deeper insights around needed campaign data.

Data confidentiality

We take data integrity and confidentiality extremely seriously. Individual survey responses will be visible only to AHP and Twin Point Insights for analytical purposes. Survey sponsors, peer institutions, and others in the field will have access to aggregate analysis. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Twin Point or AHP.
